\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u8f03\u4ee5\u5f80\u4efb\u4f55\u6642\u5019\u90fd\u66f4\u70ba\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5169\u9805\u8a55\u4f30\u53ef\u70ba\u5b78\u6821\u63d0\u4f9b\u7d50\u69cb\u5316\u3001\u7368\u7acb\u7684\u5b78\u751f\u80fd\u529b\u6982\u6cc1\uff0c\u4e26\u70ba\u6559\u5b78\u898f\u5283\u3001\u6559\u5e2b\u5c08\u696d\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6821\u672c\u6578\u78bc\u6559\u80b2\u7b56\u7565\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u6e05\u6670\u7684\u4f9d\u64da\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u53c3\u7167\u7d93\u5408\u7d44\u7e54\uff08OECD\uff09\u53ca\u6b50\u76df\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u70ba\u5c0f\u5b78\u53ca\u4e2d\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u5236\u5b9a\u7684\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u7d20\u990a\u6846\u67b6\u800c\u8a2d\u8a08\uff0c\u5f9e\u56db\u500b\u80fd\u529b\u7bc4\u7587\u8a55\u4f30\u5b78\u751f\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p
